Description

PageFeeds Pro w/SocialSync is an Sngine plugin which will allow you to effortlessly elevate the content of your Sngine Social Media platform to new levels. This powerful plugin seamlessly fetches content from diverse sources around the web, such as RSS feeds, YouTube Channels, and Facebook Pages, and converts them into engaging posts in the pages on your site.

For the adventerous Admin of any size system, established or brand new, PageFeeds Pro is extremely useful and productive in generating massive amounts of content for your users to enjoy almost instantaneously. Simply set up pages for any topic or interest you can think of, add your feeds, and PageFeeds Pro will begin populating your feeds straight away. in a matter of minutes it can transform your Sngine platform into a MEGASITE of entertainment and information. Admins can add an unlimited amount of feeds for every page they create!

On the member side, you can attract more content creators, influencers, and even those who are just fanatic about a hobby or interest, to create more pages and add feeds to them with ease, eliminating the need for them to manually upload their media and link every post! The amount of feeds they can create on each page are limited by you, the Admin, based on their membership level. If you allow 0(zero) feeds for FREE members they will even be ecouraged to UPGRADE TO PRO if they try to add feeds! Not only can you boost content levels, but you can increase monthly revenue as well!

Before You Start

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you review this entire document BEFORE you proceed with the installation and setup. The installation is designed to be as easy as possible, and most mistakes arise from individuals opting not to RTFM before they proceed. While we strive to be kind, and wish to see all of the users of our products succeed in all of their endevours, installation is NOT included in the purchase price. Even at an extra cost, we cannot guarantee that workload will allow time for custom installations due to user error. As always, standard support is always available through official methods.

Requirements

  • Sngine - The Ultimate PHP Social Network Platform licensed & installed
  • cURL enabled on your server (phpinfo() should show cURL)
  • allow_url_fopen = On in php.ini file.
  • Permission to create cron-jobs on your hosting

BACK UP YOUR FILES

Changes will be made when you install files on your system!!! it is important you BACK up the following files in case there is a problem :

../public_html/

  • page.php

../public_html/content/themes/default/templates/

  • _user_menu.tpl
  • page.tpl

⚠️ IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE INSTALLING

If you already have our other plugin, BlogFeeds Pro! for Sngine, installed on your platform, * DO NOT * follow the installation steps on this page. Instead, please refer to the Sync-Blogfeeds Guide (see top menu bar) specifically provided for this instance.

The reason for this is we are adapting our plugin panel to manage our exising, and future, plugins from one location and until we have both existing plugins in sync a standard install will break one or the other. the panel will feature auto-updates, direct links to support and resources, and other features that will make your life easier in managing our plugins on your Sngine system.

THIS STEP WILL NOT BE REQUIRED IN FUTURE UPDATES

Installing

Before you proceed with your installation, you need to choose from the Top Menu which method is the correct one for your sittuation.

Choosing Install Method

Which method you use will depend on if you have already previously installed this plugin before and are just upgrading to the next version, you are doing a fresh install and haven't made any previous changes to the files on your system or installed any other plugins that may effect it, or if you are doing a fresh install but have also previously modified the files on your system or installed other plugins that may have changed them.

Choose UPDATE if you have previosuly installed this plugin before.

Choose EZ INSTALL - ONLY - if this is a fresh install and you have NOT made changes to your files or installed a plugin that may have changed them. IT IS UP TO YOU to know this. If you are in doubt, DO NOT use this method.

Choose Manual Install if you have made modifications, or have had any customiztion done, that may have involved changes to any of the files mentioned in this documentation.

Install Service

We DO NOT offer free installation of this product, especially at the low price we offer it for.

If you think you may not be able to install it yourself, we suggest you hire a developer who is familiar with Sngine to do it for you, or contact us and we will try to get to it as soon as we we can. All scheduling is subject to our workload.

If you would like US to install it for you, you can contact us at E-mail : support@yubnub.digital_ and we will respond with a price, payment method, and a timeframe for the installation. SCHEDULING IS BASED ON OUR SCHEDULE based on our workload.

NOTE! : In order for us to install the script for you we will require an ADMIN LEVEL account on your Sngine platform, and, we will need FULL ACCESS to your server in order to work with the files. if you are uncomfortable with this, we simply can't do it.

Install Rates : The cost for installation will depend on variables such as if it is a basic install, or manual install, and how many themes (Default, Xngine, Elengine) you will want it installed on. there may be other factors involved depending on server setup, but the guideline is as follows :

Basic Install :

Only if none of the files mentioned in this documentation have been previously modified.

$20 : Includes backing up the necessary files, uploading the files to the server, or checking the files you have already, and completing the install process, creating your CRON job to work with the plugin, and theme file install.

Code Install :

REQUIRED if you have any modifications made to any of the files mentioned in this documentation.

$25 : Includes backing up necessary files, uploading the files to the server, or checking the files you already have, completing the install process, creating your CRON job required to work with the plugin, and making all the code changes for the theme files.

Upgrades : $10 : Includes installing any necessary files and/or any manual code changes necessary for a version upgrade of the previous installed version of this plugin.

Installation does NOT include any configuration of the YouTube or Facebook API's.

WARNING!

We assume that if you are running a script as complex in nature as Sngine, that you have some working knowledge of the inner structure of your system, but :

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE if you overwrite any exisiting files that were previously changed by other plugins or developers. IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE BACKUPS of your existing files before proceeding, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!!!

ALSO... if you install any future plugins, or have any developers work on your system, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to examine if the plugin you are going to install will overwrite any files from ours, AND/OR to inform any outside developers of the existance of our plugin so they don't overwrite ours. In the event this occurs, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY of the plugin author, or developer, who caused the damage to our plugin to repair the damage.
